Dr Rajashree has completed her Postgraduation (DNB) from the famous DMH Hospital Pune, Batch Topper. She pursued long term Fellowship in Vitreoretina from the prestigious M M Joshi Eye Institue, Hubli, the biggest tertiary eye care center in North Karnataka.With over 10years of experience in comprehensive eye care, her expertise lies in Complex vitreoretinal surgeries ( including Retinal detachment, Macula disorders, Diabetic retinal disease, Endophthalmitis), complex cataract surgeries, secondary IOL implantations, retinal laser and intravitreal injections. Being a high volume surgeon, she has perfomed >1500 Retina surgeries and >10000 injections. She has several indexed publications to her name and has received accolades in multiple national conferences. She also mentors as faculty and moderator at major conferences and has been in Top 5 surgical videos at Vit Buckle Society webinar. She believes that patient education and clarity in communication with clinical expertise in diagnostics and management is the backbone of best outcome and ultimate patient satisfaction. Apart from clinical practice,  Dr Rajashree is also a keen academician and maintains interest in clinical research and advancing technology in Ophthalmology. She combines evidence-based medicine and clinical clarity with compassion, empathy and ethical care, thus providing state-of-the-art treatment and comfort to each of her patients.
