Dr. Karpagavalli is one of the senior-most master surgeons in refractive and cataract surgery, with 21 years of clinical experience. She is among the very few ophthalmic surgeons to hold the rare distinction of both MRCS and FRCS, underscoring her advanced surgical expertise and international training.

She has successfully performed over 30,000 refractive procedures and more than 50,000 cataract surgeries, reflecting exceptional surgical depth, precision, and consistency. Her expertise also spans corneal surgeries, glaucoma management, neuro-ophthalmology, and ocular surface disorders, including pterygium.
