Dr. Samar Sengupta

Dr. Samar Sengupta is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist with nearly three decades of distinguished experience. He completed his MBBS in 1993, followed by an MS in Ophthalmology in 1999, establishing a strong academic foundation. In 2004, he earned the prestigious ICO/IFOS Fellowship in Medical Retina and Glaucoma from Regensburg, Germany. He further enhanced his global exposure as a Rotary Fellow in Community Ophthalmology in Straubing, Germany, underscoring his commitment to public eye health. In 2005, Dr. Sengupta completed a dedicated LASIK Fellowship under the mentorship of the renowned Dr. Rupal Shah, gaining advanced expertise in refractive surgery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sengupta has remained deeply dedicated to community ophthalmology, consistently working to improve access to quality eye care.
