Observation & Diagnostics

Fellows begin with multispecialty observation and diagnostic training, including exposure to retina, glaucoma, refraction, and corneal imaging, building a strong clinical foundation.

Hands-on Surgical Training

Active participation in cornea OPD, contact lens clinics, and consultant rotations, with increasing involvement in patient evaluation, decision-making, and OT assistance.

Advanced Surgical Exposure

Progression to corneal surgical training with supervised hands-on experience, along with continued academic activities, research, and outreach participation, culminating in the exit examination.
