Staff were co operative. Waiting time was considerably less. Good co ordination among the staff. Grievances were addressed immediately with in 24 hours by Mr. Ravi Kumar from Padmanabhanagar Branch . Pharmacist was knowledgeable, patient and very good. Dr. Neelima Shah of the same branch was as usual very good in her diagnosis. Great Team. Great effort. Your paper less initiatives are appreciable. Thank you.

Hospital has been maintained clean. Staff is supportive. Brindha explained the cataract process and helped us with the insurance claims. Dr. Ravi preformed the cataract surgery flawlessly. No pain post surgery in 10 mins. Good work team. Dr. Neelima and Dr. Srijana have provided great post consultation advices.

After roaming around in 3 different eye hospital we ended consulting and getting operated in Dr. Agarwal's hospital which was worth 😊
