ABOUT
Ramanathan V is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Dr Agarwals Healthcare Ltd. Ram, as he is called has over 17 years of corporate experience in various HR roles across large diversified conglomerates in multinational companies like Deutsche Bank AG, General Electric (GE) & United Breweries – Heineken. He is an alumni of Tata Institute of Social Sciences( TISS), Mumbai and a graduate of GE’s HR Leadership Program (HRLP).
As the CHRO, Ram is strengthening its HR function to effectively support and enable expansion, build capacity & capability, and to partner strategically with the CEO & the business leaders in building and implementing the short term and long term strategic growth plans for the company.
