The story of Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital began in the late 1950s, when Padma Bhushan Dr Jaiveer Agarwal and Dr Tahira Agarwal made Chennai their home and set up the hospital in 1957. Their vision was to create a centre dedicated to ethical clinical practice, medical excellence and compassionate care.
